La excelente comunicación y predisposición de Michele, el propietario, para ayudarte en todo momento. La ubicación es excelente, está al frente de la estación de trenes, al lado del funicular que te lleva al centro histórico en pocos minutos.
En mi caso debido al horario de trenes llegué muy tarde, sin embargo Michele te recibe con mucha simpatía y está presto a ayudarte en todo.
Aparte de todo esto su familia tiene una trattoría donde se come riquísimo y todos son muy amables !!!!

Michele, the owner, offers excellent communication and is always ready to help. The location is superb: right across from the train station and next to the funicular that takes you to the historic center in just a few minutes.
In my case, I arrived very late due to the train schedule, but Michele welcomed me warmly and was very attentive to everything.
Furthermore, his family runs a *trattoria* where the food is delicious and everyone is very friendly.
Kudos to them!
