Good Hotel with amenities
Location, a bit highly priced , staff esp restaurant staff is not at all cooperative .they can be as better as Kazhol Almaty

Красиво, чисто, тихо в номере. Удобное расположение. В номере есть все необходимое.

I stayed for 2 nights based on the Booking rating. Although the hotel is not too bad in terms of price-performance, I would like to make two suggestions to the management: improve the breakfast and pay more attention to hygiene. There were even stains visible on the restaurant tables. With a few simple improvements, the hotel could achieve a much higher rating.

The staff is the only redeeming quality of this hotel. The people at the reception were very nice and accommodating.
1) the location: not a safe neighborhood
2) no ramp: we had to carry the stroller because the second entrance didn’t have a ramp, only stairs
3) weird smell in the room we were staying, we had to keep the windows open
4) the suite was just a room with a small divider
5) cleaning was irregular
