Rooms are perfect, breakfast is top notch, gym - excellent for the hotel, staff is very good
Pool and spa area (sauna/hammam) are located on different sides of same floor - so not very convenient to walk back and forth.

Probably the best hotel in Astana. Fantastic location, with view on the river and super kind personnel. All you might expect from a 5 star hotel.
There were 2 options for the restaurant at night: Le Petit Chef, an interactive dinner with special effects, that we didn't try, and the Italian restaurant, that we tried. I must admit it wasn't at the level. This was the only little nuance in an otherwise fantastic stay.

Beautiful hotel, spacious rooms, everything is gorgeous in the room. The staff is very nice and helpful, the spa and pool are amazing.
Breakfast buffet was great. Ate dinner and lunch once But The food in restaurant was just ok.

The design of the room, spa amenities, live pianist in the evening.
Breakfast was fair. There was no description of allergens in food. The stuff in the hotel, especially in the restaurant should wear a mask if they have a cold. The terrace was not ready for breakfast after the rain in the evening before. Although there was no rain at night and early in the morning everything had to be prepared for guests. Wet terrace floor and sitting. In general service was poor in the restaurant. In the spa as well. One bedside table was missing in our room.
