Great spa and fitness -but accessible only if you book a more expensive room. Food is nice. Spacious rooms. Comfortable bed. Friendly staff. Good location.
Windows are broken and can’t be completely shut. We discovered this in our room. They proposed two alternatives but they had same issue. This is not sustainable in one of the coldest capitals of the world. Seems they are postponing major refurbishment. Bathroom - equipment broken, hardly keeping together. TV signal really poor.
We ordered room service. It was fast and good is nice. However they should have covers on the plates.

Close to restaurants & shopping center. The first room we had was terrible, but the second room we got after the intervention of the Manager was very good.
Very unfriendly Receptionist, who lied to us about the rooms available. The first room we got was a family room on the top floor (which was OK), but all the views were blocked by A/C and other installations on the surrounding roof. When asking the Receptionist if there was another room with a better view available, she denied ... even though Booking.com showed several rooms available. Only upon intervention by the very helpful & friendly Manager all of a sudden a good room became miraculously available. We felt very badly treated by the front desk staff, the rest of the Hotel was OK.
