Location was really good. There were restaurants and cafes around. The hotel was decent overall and most of the staff was great especially Elvira who helped me when I arrived with the Taxi driver
Leane she was horrible at the reception. She asked me to pay cash for the taxi to the airport and would not accept card payment.

Good location, decent breakfast and a good shower
I had booked and reconfirmed an airport transfer through the hotel, but it wasn't organised. More disappointing than the mistake itself was the response at reception, which was essentially a shrug of the shoulders with no apology.
My first room faced the main road and was very noisy despite the double glazing. I later moved to an even-numbered room on the other side, which was much quieter during the day. Unfortunately, in the evenings there was still a noticeable amount of noise coming through the air-conditioning vents even when the air conditioning wasn't being used.
