The location was excellent, right near the park, and the surroundings were very pleasant. The hotel has a nice atmosphere, and I really enjoyed my stay. Overall, I had a very good experience and would be happy to stay here again.

Not my first time staying at the One Hotel Astana and sure isn’t my last. Everything was perfect as usual.

The hotel offers good value for money - it is located in a nice location across a park and riverside promenade, and is very close to Astana centre. Rooms are sufficiently spacious, staff are very nice and helpful, and the breakfasts are good.
Room comfort needs to be improved - the bed in particular was very uncomfortable. My AC did not work well either, and there were also intermittent buzzing sounds at times.
