Nice updated hotel, with extremely friendly and helpful staff, the service was excellent. The rooms are very nice, although the hot water in the shower was inconsistent, especially in the morning when it was likely under strain from many guests at once. The main challenge is that the wifi in the rooms is shockingly problematic, I haven't had such issues at any hotel in years - and this was after they moved my room because the first room wifi was basically non-functional - but still the wifi only works very well in the lobby. The quality of the breakfast food is good, but the variety of options could be improved.

The property is good, not very, but good enough. Staff are very polite, you feel that they love you and are trying to be very helpful. They are serving an incredible breakfast. Unfortunately, the door in the room (320) is broken (not stable). Too hot in the room. And absolutely non-comfortable pillows (even if there are 4 pillows in a room). Anyway, thank you so much for the accommodation.

Great stay at this Hilton Hotel. Close to the Bayterek Tower (15min walk) and was very clean.
My only issue was that the air conditioning was poor and the room was always hot
