It’s incredibly difficult to book a room at this hotel; we were only able to secure one night’s stay. That said, the views from the hotel are truly magnificent, and the food and wine in the restaurant will certainly not disappoint. Whether at dawn or dusk, the stunning scenery surrounding the hotel is truly unforgettable.

Overall, the property is beautiful and in a great location. The food was good and the facilities were nice. We also got two flat tires on our trip and the mechanic on site was a total lifesaver.
Beware of the activities coordinators. I would highly recommend NOT booking your activities through the hotel. They are extremely difficult to work with and are not flexible in letting you change your plans. Since the weather in Patagonia is so variable, it was hard for us to change our plans. The staff was really rude and hard to deal with. We still never got a refund on an activity we wanted to cancel 48 hours in advance- felt like a total scam since they never told me these activities were nonrefundable and non changeable. I also tried to reserve a massage at the spa a month in advance and they ignored my emails, then when I arrived they had very limited availability. Another issue happened at the restaurant, where we had a 9pm reservation, the hostess didn’t seat us until 9:15, the they told us the kitchen closed at 9:20. Was pretty unprofessional and overall frustrating experience given how expensive a night here is. We also visited the Morrena lodge next door and found the service there better and people much nicer, for a fraction of the price.
