The location of this pension is amazing. So close to everything - markets, restaurants, launderette, etc. The staff communications were excellent from the time I booked the room until I left. Rooms were very clean.
My single bed mattress was a little worse for wear. I slept okay the first night because I was exhausted from my travels; but the last two days, I tossed and turned trying to get comfortable. The thin mattress had a sink hole.

Location was great. Staff were very nice. Clean and tight. Air conditioning was working well. We have had room with balcony so that was a nice feature. After check out we were able to leave our languages until 6pm in reception.
To note:
We have had no warm water for half of our stay.

The location was great
The walls are thin, on two nights I was woken up by noise from other rooms.
The bed was small and only had one thin pillow so wasnt very comfortable.
The windows didn't open
The bathroom had no toiletries (despite being advertised as having 'free toiletries'
