nice & helpfull welcome at reception, tiny but clean rooms with aircon, some have little balcony, nice view on rooftop, well located only 5 min walk from El Tahrir
hotel at 11th floor, sometimes only one elevator is working, not very easy to find way and entrance from the groundfloor to the hotel reception, rooftop restaurant has a nice view on rooftop terrace but service is long and wifi is not always working, included breakfast is not very generous

I do booked first two days break fast but I didn't attend because I didn't feel hungry. I could say the local is heart of the city and it's easy to travel any area of Cairo.
In generally I could say everything was good

The hosting team was amazing.
Islam our driver was very nice and came picking us up at the airport.
Nabil was a perfect host at the hotel in the first night, and for the breakfast.
And finally, Mahmoud was very kind and helpful when we needed anything.

Friendly receptionists, walking distance 15 minutes from the center, elevator since the accommodation is located on the 12th floor
A very modest breakfast served by unkind and disinterested waiters, on the second day of the stay neither coffee nor tea was offered. Poor hygiene of the bathroom due to work full of dust and paint on the tiles, water heater on the first day without hot water, wifi does not work in the room, wake-up service due to the early morning flight was absent even though the night rece was on duty
I wouldn't repeat my stay at that hotel
