المكان نظيف ومريح والموظفين ودودون والموقع عالمي ومتعاونون وكل حاجة متوفرة حسب الوصف ان شاء الله سنعود لهذا الفندق قريباً 🌹❤️😻🌷

1.Exceptional location near tahrir square and near the metro station and most of the attractions.
2.Helpfull staff specifically mr.sabry if you need anything he is the one.
1. Hygiene isn't that great and some bedsheets had som marks.
2.we stayed for 9 nights during that the tap water was totally off for 3 different times across our stay which was irritating and the electricity got cut off once.
3.during our 9 nights nobody checked on us or asked if we need any condiments or room service which was included in the reservation.
