The location was excellent for our seminars.
The breakfast was really good and well planned out.
The restaurant service and food quality was excellent and the staff went out of their way to accommodate all the guests.
The front management staff and the housekeeping staff were very helpful
The bathrooms in the room was slightly calcified and the overall fixtures were dated
The key cards kept on timing out daily and you would have to go back to reception to request a reset. Many times the staff would not allow multiple cards and this is the first time that I have seen this in a reputable hotel. Most hotels have 2 cards for families and the card doesn't time out until the end of your stay.
The windows in the room were partially open and could not be closed fully so noise level was much higher than expected. Safe did not work initially but was replaced when requested.
For the price point that they are requesting, they can make sure that all little nuisances are resolved. Lords hotels have a good reputation all over India.
