Amazing hotel, staff very friendly knowledgeable and kind. I stayed for a month and was very satisfied with everything, the food, the service and all. Deepra, Aman, Anushka , Poonam they were very helpful.

Located centrally, close to bus and train stations. Staff were friendly, specially the housekeeping who were very helpful. Cleanliness was very good. Front office offered an extended check out which was kind of them.
The swimming pool was not heated, the clock there was malfunctioning and continued to malfunction even after repeated reminders. The food served in the room service was spicy and hot(chilly), menu choice was limited. The hotel did not have a travel desk. No welcome drink. Valet service was slow. No long stay benefits. Approach to the hotel, very congested.
