部屋の掃除がしっかりされていて清潔に保たれていた。
Wi-Fiは部屋だけでは無く、受付やレストランでも問題なく繋がった。シャワーはしっかりお湯が出た。
夕食付のプランの場合、選べるメニューが限定されるが長期滞在だったので全てのメニューから選べるように配慮してもらった。
ウエルカムドリンクがあった。チェックアウト時に友人と連絡が取れなくて受付で待たせてもらったがその時もドリンクを提供してくれて嬉しかった。
徒歩圏にマーケットがあり、少し遠いがショッピングモールも何件かあり、生活やお土産には困らない。
エアコンの室温調整があまり良くない（外の気温が高すぎるから？）シーリングファンと併用ならそこそこ快適に過ごせる。
タオルがなかなか年季が入っている。（問題は無いが、もう少しフワフワだと嬉しかった）
冷蔵庫が無い。
仕事が3日程前倒しで完了したが、予約の変更が出来ず、最初に予約した日数分請求された。領収書の表記で朝食・夕食をルームチャージに含める事が出来なかった。（出張手当が変わってくるので死活問題）。
朝食はほぼ変わりばえのないメニューで長期滞在だと飽きる。コーヒーはブラックで提供して欲しかった（ミルク入り、砂糖なしでポッドに入っている）夕食では単純に卵料理が欲しかった（オムレツなど）
