Everything was excellent. The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and in a great location. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and professional during the entire stay. The room was quiet, well-maintained, and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was fresh and delicious with many options. Check-in and check-out were smooth and fast. I really enjoyed my stay in Ankara and would definitely choose this hotel again. Highly recommended!

- breakfast is great
- spa in the building is convenient; 30 minutes of sauna are free for hotel guests; no reservation was needed, contrary to many comments here
- the room is spacious
- most of the staff hardly speaks English
- it is quite noisy if your room faces the street
- it smelled of smoke from the people smoking in front of the hotel
- the room is rather somber, little daylight and bad lighting
- the bathroom smells of chlorine
- we couldn’t manage to get fresh air in; the window can’t really be opened
- we received a hefty bill for laundry without being informed of prices beforehand. Additionally, the amounts were not calculated correctly.
