Breakfast is very good.
We did not like our room and asked for a change, which they did.
The air-con was good.
Towels need replacing they were old and frayed.
The room was a smoker room, which I really did not like.
I was shocked that there was no laundry service.

Very friendly staff, I arrived late so they took care of check-in very quickly and showed me my room. The room was nicely decorated and very clean, with an open view towards the city. The restaurant and breakfast room has amazing views over the city.
Wifi could have been better. Sound insulation is not amazing, but nothing that bothered me, and the hotel is in a quiet area.

great location in the embassies area, good to stay if you need to go to any of them. Close to the area of restaurants. The staff of the hotel is very nice and helpful, all of them from reception to the cleaning ladies, the restaurant staff is also very welcoming. We were given a room with no extra charge at 6 am in the morning, which we really awesome after the night flight. Internet connection was fast and reliable, but note that it is not secured. Very good hot water pressure and it’s really hot.
Rooms don’t look like in the pictures. Cleaning is poor. Layers of dust everywhere, bedsheets were not clean (but replaced after the request). No shelf for toiletries in the shower cabin. Breakfast is tasty, but the same everyday. Beds are a disaster: soft matress with hard pillows give massive neck pain in the morning.
