This was an exceptional stay where we felt we were constantly discovering new levels of luxury. We were incredibly lucky to receive a free room upgrade; the space was generous and featured a lovely panoramic day bed and a balcony. The bed was very comfortable and the entire room was well-appointed.
The wellness area is outstanding. We loved the variety of saunas, particularly the Finnish sauna followed by the snow room. Swimming in the heated outdoor pool at night was a wonderful experience. The food was also a highlight; both breakfast and dinner were delicious, with a great mix of buffet options and freshly cooked items. Finally, the staff deserve a special mention for being so attentive and super helpful throughout our stay.

Everything! We had a wonderful get away. Location, staff, view, breakfast all was beyond great. Nothing to complain about and definitely recommended.
The soap provided smelled bad.

Overall, our stay at the hotel was perfect. However, one issue to consider is that there was no air conditioning in the room, and it was very hot!
While the hotel staff provided fans and a portable AC unit, it did not really help.
If you are planning to travel in cold weather, this hotel is perfect. However, I would recommend choosing another hotel if you are planning a summer vacation.
