Sehr gutes Frühstück und schöne gemutliche Zimmer sowie großes Bad.
Leider hat das Wlan nur teilweise im Zimemr funktioniert.

Posizione della struttura, zona tranquilla, camera ampia e pulita, staff gentile e accogliente, ottima la cucina per la cena
Spazi ristretti per buffet soprattutto a colazione.
Eccesso di fiori finti e decorazioni che appesantiscono e invecchiano molto l'ambiente

colazione ottima , cena sempre buona , area piscina , idromassaggio , sauna , bagno turco , ecc , moloto piacevole , dopo una lunga passeggiata
Per i cani , purtroppo non c'e' un area esterna dove poterli far giocare , bisogna passeggiare per la strada .
E comunque in tutto il paese c'e' carenza di pattumiere per gettare eventuali bisogni degli animali.

Covered parking garage, nice rooms, good breakfast. Great possibility of afternoon snack.
There were four different Wi-Fi networks available, and not a single one worked properly – either no connection at all or extremely slow.
The staff do not speak English at all. Only one lady had very basic knowledge, but she was very brief and shy, so we were not informed about anything regarding the accommodation (e.g. possibility of an afternoon snack, ski storage, etc.).
The wellness area in the basement is in need of renovation – dusty, no instructions provided, some guests in towels, some completely naked, no sheets available for the sauna, overall chaotic atmosphere. Hot tea was served in plastic cups.
In the passage from the garage to the reception stairs, there were always one or two ladies sitting and smoking in the enclosed space that we had to walk through.
First day evening, I went to the reception to ask about the possibility of any food, and I was dismissed with the phrase “no eat, no restaurant,” so we had to look outside the hotel.
On our first breakfast, we were moved without any explanation to a different table two rooms away. Tables are not labeled and we were not given any instructions.
