Colazione, merenda e cena buone, lo staff molto cordiale . Ho apprezzato molto anche il gattone che girava, adoro i gatti☺️
Ci vorrebbe un idromassaggio anche coperto secondo me o fare in modo che in caso di pioggia almeno uno si possa coprire. Rivedrei un pochino i prezzi delle bevande partendo dall’acqua che sono un pochino troppo sopra la media.

Wirklich tolles Personal, die einem ständig das Gefühl geben, dass sie froh sind, dass man hier ist.
Die Lage zum Kronplatz, nach Bruneck und anderen Zielen.
Schöne Aussicht.
Alles gut. Wenn man als kinderloses Paar etwas mehr Ruhe haben möchte, muss man eben nach einem Adults only Hotel suchen.

La struttura è grande e confortevole, la pulizia è buona, la quantità di servizi è soddisfacente e la colazione è con ampia scelta dove tutto è molto buono. Il parcheggio per le moto non è stato un problema ma non ho chiesto se c'era la possibilità di averlo coperto. In ogni caso non mi è stato proposto, l'avrei apprezzato.
Alla reception non avevano letto le note che avevo inserito in fase di prenotazione (2 letti singoli invece di un matrimoniale, preferenza accettata da loro via mail). Ci hanno quindi predisposto il divano. Il frigo bar era vuoto. In bagno c'erano solo due piccoli saponi in totale (uno per le mani e uno per la doccia). Dopo il soggiorno, al mattino seguente non hanno trovato nella lista il mio nome per la colazione e quindi mi hanno apparecchiato un tavolo al volo. Dopo 5 minuti si sono accorti che c'era, ma in una saletta in parte e vuota.
