This private, beautiful and spacious townhome consists of two large master-type bedrooms and two large baths. It has a large and comfortable living area. The patio backs up to natural area for added privacy. This home is fully furnished with wi-fi, internet and three TVs. The home has GVR (Green Valley Recreation access) and is close to Canoa Hills Rec Center and Canoa Hills Golf Course. Covered Parking.

There should have been 10 stars for this Host. All excellent. Everything was so smooth from start to end. Janet, the Host was very responsive, answering questions and dealing with any issues that came up in my 6 week stay. I was able to use the second bedroom as an office which enabled me to enjoy the rest of the large living area for other activities. It is very comfortable and the kitchen is well appointed for making meals. I was also grateful that my dog could be with me. I highly recommend this town home!

We had everything we needed from the kitchen to the bathroom, and the bed was so comfortable. We enjoyed it so much that we are looking to move there.

We did not have a pet, so it wasn't an issue. The proximity to swimming. golf, and other activities was excellent. The furniture in the living room is beginning to become dated, but the beds and the bathrooms were very good. Kitchen pots, pans, and other dishes were super. We had everything we needed for our stay.

The property was fine. The problem was the owners. I had the property leased from Aug 3 - Sep 2 (30 nights). On Friday, Aug 30 the owner texted me asking where the keys were to the property. I replied that I had a key with me because I still had the place rented until Sep 2. I had notified the owners two weeks earlier to let them know that I was closing on a house sale Aug 23 and asked if they would be willing to let me out of the lease a week early if they could find another renter. They would not. The owner entered the property during the time I had it leased and had it cleaned without notifying me. The law states tenants must be given 24 hours notice unless there is an emergency.
