A gem on the heart of Trento area, east access from Lake Garda and very picturesque surroundings. The old buildings offer a nostalgic feel and very well-designed family room . The breakfast room and SPA offers beautiful views of the Dolomites! Every staff is exceptionally.Celsea, Rossano , Gian at the reception and Catea at the spa center, all very hospitable and welcoming.
The bathroom does need upgrade .

Superb Breakfast. Fully equipped room with all the necessary items. Staff very friendly and helpfull, also they take the guests seriously and if any issues they take fully responsability and will sort things right the way.

The location is a bit outside of Predazzo so not a walk to town. If you arrive outside of lunch and dinner it’s a little hard to find food. People are wonderful. Scenery is beautiful.
High price but it was the Olympics

Location just perfectly located in the heart of the alps and also nearby the ski area of bellamonte. I also enjoyed the warm welcoming of the staff, the ski rental underneath the building, balcony with view, parking always available.
even though the location and staff are great, the hotel fails in few majors points such: food quality is just decent, spa pool with cold water, room with below-average amenities.
