Personale, soprattutto quello di sala, super cordiale e disponibile, in particolare con i bambini.
Camera veramente spaziosa con cameretta interna per i bimbi
Pulizia iniziale della camera non al top, abbiamo trovato qualche capello e briciole sul pavimento.

Sicuramente la posizione. Vista montagne in mezzo al verde. La posizione dell’hotel era molto bella.
La qualità dell’hotel rispetto al prezzo pagato. La nostra camera aveva dei segni che indicavano trascuratezza: piastrelle e muri rovinati. La porta dell’armadio che non si chiude. La porta del bagno uguale a quella dell’ascensore, il lenzuolo di sotto con un buchino. Per la cifra pagata mi aspetto un hotel impeccabile. E poi non parliamo della ricarica per l’auto elettrica, 0,60 cent/Kw un furto. Questo deve essere un servizio per il cliente non una fonte di business.
