Nice, but for the price you expect a higher good hotel orientation

Location, view, lovely place

A hotel with SPA SHOULD NOT close the spa at 7 in the evening! Evening time to relax after being skiing or arriving after long driving is thinking in the customer… then opening time UNTIL 4 pm? We payed for a hotel with a spa that we could not use it! Plus hotel normally will offer, use the spa even after checking out. You feel welcome, get changed in the Spa, use the facilities of the hotel . We asked for it because we had it other hotels, receptionist looked at us like are you crazy, she said, you checked out you are out. Absolutely no sense of business and no friendliness at all. Learn from other hotels - our advice! Ah! Breakfast was not as good as described.

The staff was always polite and welcoming. I was always greeted well during breakfast and dinner. They also recommended me good routes to hike. Also, kept me updated with the weather forecast. Also some good tips to click good pictures of the Dolomites.

Sometimes it was a trek to reach hotel if you only use the public transport.

The hosts were very friendly, especially the guy on the reception, he came out of the hotel to welcome me, also he guided me for the best places to visit and gave me maps for them. Moreover, they give me a free bus ticket for Val Gardena. In general the hotel was really great with its staff.

Upon arrival the host was very friendly and accomodating. Host assisted us with planning our hikes and gave us many helpful suggestions. The facilities were fantastic with a beautiful sauna and relaxation lounge. The view from our room was spectacular looking down on the town. There was free car parking. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you Hotel Ronce!

Amazing place to stay. Very clean and safe neighborhood. Decoration was so interesting too. Pristine

My room as it has a mountain view.

The noise from the other room when they use their water, it is very audible in my room.

Hotel was well maintained, room was comfortable and very clean, definitely good value around Ortisei.Restaurant is so good. l have my breakfast and dinner included with the booking, lt was extremely good value for the extra.And l like to say a big thank you to all the staff, they were helpful and extremely professional.

Adorable and afordable stay at one of the most beautiful mountain regions of the world.

The place itself is adorable, the staff is really nice and helpful and I love the views.

Balcony view is amazing. Quite spacious, there is a small separate bedroom in our room. Staff are all very friendly and helpful. Dinner and breakfast are good value for this area.

The hairdryer not very powerful and stop working. The staff lend us a separate hairdryer so it’s fine but the hairdryer probably needs some replacement. It’s also quite a long walk uphill. They have shuttles to the hotel, it will be nice if the hotel can let us know the schedule of shuttle beforehand.

Delicious and nicely served local cuisine for dinner with selection of sud tirol wines. Hotel is a great place for skiers because is located on the new opened slope Pilat which takes you to the Alpen di Susi lift. If you want to visit different ski region just take the ski bus form the bus stop which located in front of the hotel's door. Comfortable and modern souna and spa chillout zone.

Breakfast is very italian could be more european varieties.

Comfortable beds. Great food and lots of it. The sauna was nice.. the staff were feiendly and helpdul.

Since we werent skiing the price was a bit high for some place juat to relax. There was nothing the hotel could have done better

fantastic

I really enjoyed my stay in this property, first of all because of the facilities; they gave me a free ticket available for all ski bus, this way I didn’t take my car once during all the stay. What’s better than a sauna (which you may enjoy) after a skiing day? I guess anything but a very tasty dinner which this hotel can offer to you. Staff is very kind and helpful and breakfast is very rich. highly recommend this hotel!

Amazing place to stay. Comfort level: 200%. Rooms are clean and cozy. Beautiful view from the balcony. Staff is very nice. Very delicious food. Hotel is located on the hill, so if you travel without a car, it will be quite a walk up (busses go once an hour).

The staff is super helpful and gives me a lot of advice on hiking. I feel like home. Everything is so clean. Dinner is perfect and price is decent. I will definitely recommend any solo traveler who doesn't drive to stay here. They make me comfortable.

15 minute walk uphill. no shuttle bus after 18:38.
