Garni Walter is a family-run hotel, and they make you feel like part of the family. Silvia and her son were extremely attentive and provided us with all the information and assistance we needed. Our stay was perfect.
The room for three people was a good size, comfortable, and clean. We also had a terrace overlooking the beautiful Ortisei, which was a bonus.
Breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of items to suit all tastes. I would definitely book this hotel again in the future.
The only point that could be improved is the mattress, which was a little old and uncomfortable and could be replaced.

Very clean hotel. The delightful family owns and runs it. Sylvia, the owner, makes the most wonderful and varied breakfast treats. The breakfast was wonderful!
The steep hill into town is great for people looking for a workout, but may be challenging for some.

Location was good. Very close to cable cars. Short walk into Main Street. Staff were very friendly. Very clean. Parking on site. Beautiful breakfast.
Room had no view at all - had one small window which looked onto the parking area. A fan would have been useful as no aircon.
