The property was exceptional. The decor was stunning and the rooms very comfortable. We had the most beautiful view from our back deck to the meadow above. We could lie in bed and enjoy the view. The breakfast was delicious with an extensive range of options. The location was perfect, a five minute walk into the centre of town and to the cable car. A special mention to the wonderful staff who were friendly, helpful and very nice people. I would love to visit again.

This hotel is truly faultless! The staff are phenomenal, the rooms wonderful, and the location is great. The breakfast is amazing, large selection and eggs & coffee freshly served to your liking. Each and every staff member we encountered from the amazing receptionist to the cleaning staff were happy to see you, assisted with any issue without complaint and are a credit to the hotel. The breakfast staff even remembered our orders! The rooms were cleaned every day and the views were lovely. The hotel is a 5 minute walk from the centre, it has ample parking including a garage and bike storage underneath and a spa 2 mins down the road. We were so sad to leave!!
Personal preference, but I would have liked to see more of a shower product selection, a separate shampoo + body wash rather than a 2in1, and perhaps a conditioner. Not that this had any impact on our trip whatsoever though, I just bought a conditioner in the local pharmacy.

Good location. Very clean and modern. Excellent breakfast. Staff were great especially Natalia the receptionist and Sandy the breakfast waitress.

We loved everything about this hotel, the very spacious, well designed and comfortable rooms along with the incredible view from our balcony. The staff were all warm, friendly and helpful with good tips. The location was great as it was just a short walk into town but across the river, so peaceful. Breakfast was excellent with lots of choices and home cooked eggs and coffee made for you. We also liked that it is very green and sustainable.
