Hotel staff were friendly, informative, excellent service all around. Easy check-in (thank you Fabian!) and excellent breakfast service. Perfect location, 2 minute walk to town centre, short walk to Alpe di Siusi, Seceda, and Resciesa Funicular. We thoroughly enjoyed our week stay and recommend this hotel.

From the moment we walked into the hotel, we felt most welcome. The staff helped us plan our time by sharing insights on the best way to get around the area and which places to prioritise during our short stay. Because I had a specific dietary need, the kitchen staff made sure my requests for specific foods at dinner were met. Also, when we had questions or needs, they always made sure they understood what we were asking and then promptly dealt with the issue in a friendly but professional manner.
There was nothing about the hotel that we did not like

Waitress was the most welcoming and very chatty which we enjoyed. Explained us some local customs which made our stay a bit better.
Double bed is two single beds pushed together with two single blankets, however we noticed that it is a custom trought our stay in northern Italy.
