Situated in Rome, this attractive condo for $809 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. From July 12, 2021 CasaGrande WHEN IT IS POSSIBLE leaves one day free between bookings, thus offering its guests 3 great advantages: 1 - Early check-in, from 9 am: the best thing after a long overnight flight (US travellers) 2 - Possibility to leave your luggage even after check-out 3 - Right sanitation of all rooms, given the time available Please read also the last part of the description, about air conditioning without air conditioning. CasaGrande is a large and spacious apartment of 180 square meters, on two levels, on the main floor of an ancient Baroque palace in the heart of Rome. CasaGrande has large living rooms and lounges, in rooms with wooden coffered ceilings more than six meters high. Original paintings and lithographs by renowned contemporary artists decorate the walls, as do large wall tapestries, souvenirs of the owners' travels to the Middle East. There are four bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. The bathrooms are simple and basic, but complete with everything. A shower stall is 70x70 cm. It is possible to accommodate normally up to 8 people, 10 with extrabed. CasaGrande is the right place to stay in Rome for short or long periods, ideal for business stays, even for groups of people. CasaGrande is aimed at those who want to visit Rome without losing time in long journeys. You will be exactly in its center. CasaGrande is equipped with central heating. There is no air conditioning, but the particular building structure of the palace, typical of the '600 and based on thick walls around the perimeter and inside (some even more than a meter wide) ensures a comfortable temperature in all seasons and keeps the house cool in summer and warm in winter without the use of air conditioning systems. Large ceiling fans cool the air in common areas, smaller ones in bedrooms.

This 4 bedroom apartment was perfect for our party of 6 (two couples and two singles). It is in a central location so we were able to walk to many tourist interesting locations. The manager was very helpful and accomodating. We had an issue with the heating, but Im sure that was a temporary fluke. Communication was good. Helpful to have the whatsup app.

This property made our experience amazing. It was within walking distance of everything we wanted to see. The property managers were great and made check in and check out easy. There is an elevator to help with luggage or anyone that might have an issue walking. There are several cute restaurants nearby as well. The place was clean and had everything we needed.

Our stay at CasaGrande could not have been more wonderful, fabulous, incredible, amazing… the list of superlatives goes on and on.
Truly, our living here was remarkable in every way. Not only is this a beautiful, spacious and accessible!! apartment, with all amenities, but the location is excellent and creates opportunity of go everywhere walking with new discoveries at every turn, but taxi and bus are just around the corner!!
The kitchen is gourmet! Fully accessorized with every appliance, all prep tools, serve-ware, etc. AND comes complete with with olive oil, balsamic, herbs, spices, salt, pepper, coffee, tea, etc. Everything needed for a quick start with meal prep. Not to mention complimentary wines!! and biscuits, including soft drinks and beverages in the fridge, and ice cubes!!
Management agents Alice and Nicolo` have set new standards in customer care! When talking with Alice, thanking her for all her personal attention to us and welcoming us… she said ‘It was the Italian Way’… but Alice and her Company have notched ‘The Italian Way’ up to the next level!!
The apartment is located in a building dating from the 17th century. Originally the house of nobility, this apartment has indeed maintained the noble and grandiose theme. True to its name ‘CasaGrande’ is indeed a ‘Grand House’. In staying here, you will not be disappointed!! On a scale of 1 to 5, CasaGrande earns 100!! Thank you Alice & Nick & Roberto for everything!! We were a group of four friends traveling through Italy with Rome being our first stop. We could not have been happier with this apartment. The location is perfect! Piazza Navona is right around the corner. We were close to many sights and great restaurants. The apartment was clean and had all the amenities like coffee, tea, paper products, and soaps. Roberto is very quick to respond and the check in process was easy. We had an early flight into Rome and Roberto told us to come directly to the apartment to stow our bags since the previous renters had already vacated the property. A wonderful apartment in Rome to kick off our vacation!

This apartment is on a quiet street parallel to Piazza Navona! We walked to Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps and The Crypt from this location. There were many shops and restaurants around the area. Avoid the restaurants at the corner and look for the hole in the wall, little places to eat. We found some gems. Check out Lili's (I think that is what it was called). About a 10 min walk and well worth it. This apartment has an AMAZING kitchen. We went to the market to purchase some breakfast items. There is a little store just doors away that has drinks (water, beer, wine) and we visited there a few times. They don't have air conditioning (and we were in a heat wave!) but they provided us with many fans (13, in fact!) which helped a lot. We had plenty of room to spread out. Everyone had their own bathrooms (talk about a bonus!). The family was lovely to deal with for check in and out. They had a binder with many recommendations (and we used it!). It was very helpful. You won't be disappointed if you stay here. Enjoy!

Interesting apartment from the 15th century updated to the 21st within walking distance to many sites. Owners were very responsive to minor issues during our stay. Not air-conditioned but with the high ceilings and fans we were comfortable during the stay with temperatures in the 70s-low 90s. 8 of us spread across 4 bedroom with 4 baths; note one bedroom had twin bed and one a full and twin which worked out for us. Having an elevator to send luggage up and down was also helpful rather than lugging big bags up and down the stairs. Definitely would consider staying here again if we went back with a group.

We began our 10 day family vacation with a three night stay at this fabulous apartment in the heart of everything in Rome. Roberto was amazing from the start! He arranged transportation from the airport and again to the port for us to meet our cruise ship for the next leg of our journey. He even was able to provide a smaller apartment in the same building when our family trip grew by 3 a few months prior to arrival. Both homes were exactly as they were described and pictured on the site. He provided a full check in service with baggage help and orientation to both homes. Both homes were super clean, and had an amazing European feel which added to our experience. He assisted with recommendations for local site seeing and fabulous restaurants. Nothing, I mean nothing beats the location of the home. Stop looking and book now if you want to be able to walk out of your apartment and be in the heart of everything! Shout out to Roberto and his team for helping me pull off this wonderful experience for my family members ranging in age from 3years old to 80 years! I will be back!

Niccolò was great. He greeted us promptly upon our arrival. Explained the home and gave us a detailed explanation of how to use some of the appliances. The space was clean and organized. We found everything easily. It was a large and airy space which was perfect for my family. We had our own space to retire too at the end of our busy days.
There was a thoughtful binder available about restaurants and sights to see.
The location and proximity to most major sights was within walking distance which was a huge plus for our family.
Overall our experience was phenomenal and would stay here again when in Rome.

The family and I had a great stay at this spacious apartment in the heart of Rome. It had all of the space and amenities we needed for our stay. Even with the warm weather in Rome this apartment stayed cool and had plenty of fans if needed. The location made it extremely convenient to walk pretty much wherever we needed to go. Our hosts walked us through the apartment and provided a lot of material about the apartment and suggestions on places to go and eat. This was the perfect spot for us during our 1 week stay in Rome. We would definitely stay here again when we make it back to Rome. Our hosts were extremely responsive and even helped coordinate travel to and from the airport. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your great apartment.

This is a great apartment. It is in an older building and has a few quirks. Shower in one bath is small. It is in a busy area which makes it a bit noisy- but that does not bother us.
Check in was great.
Beds were great. Kitchen had some of the best equipment in a rental. Great frying pans, tea pot and kettle. Did have a problem with the coffee pot.
There is an elevator!! Great for the luggage.
Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful time at the property. There is so much to see and do around the area. The apartment was so spacious, it was perfect for our group that included our children, my parents and in laws too. There was a minor hiccup with cleaning at check-in time, but Roberto quickly called the team that came out and cleaned the place well. Thanks for a fabulous time!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful apartment located just steps away from Piazza Navona. Communication with Roberto leading up to our stay was excellent. He was very helpful and kind - helping us with reservations, and ground transportation. Alessandra met us at the apartment and was delightful. My sisters and husbands were there for a month. The location couldn’t have been any better. Roberto was so helpful in arranging drivers for us. He responded quickly to the one or two minor issues we had during our stay. Beautifuly equipped kitchen. The apartment was quiet at night. Cabs were available a very short distance away. Loved being able to stroll in Piazza Navona each evening. I would highly recommend it.

What a perfect way to explore Rome. The location of the apartment is perfect. This was our first family trip to Rome. There were 4 of us (2 adults and 2 kids) traveling from San Francisco and my mother in law joined us from Nice. All 5 of us were very comfortable in the apartment. Check in was a breeze and Roberto was very responsive (even on Christmas Day)!

This is a gem of a property, with ton of architectural detail, an extremely well stocked and designed kitchen, and plenty of space. Location is perfect for visiting Rome right from its center.

Roberto offered the perfect apartment for our Rome adventure.
There were 4 adults in our group and having 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms was the best for us to come home to after the long days touring Rome.
The location is the best! So close to everything, and surprisedly peaceful and quiet even though Piazza Navona is steps away.
Roberto was such a helpful host with responsive communication, arranging our airport transportation and recommending a concierge person to coordinate a tour.
I hope to return to Rome in the future, and I will definitely look to stay at Roberto’s apartment.

My family of six (3 couples) stayed three nights here. Roberto was a wonderful host and his home is amazing. The location cannot be beat. Steps to Piazza Navona and too many cute shops and great restaurants. The accommodations were excellent, very comfortable and surprisingly quiet. Roberto provided everything you would need to cook a nice meal. We wish we could have stayed longer to take advantage of all his home and all Roberto provided. I highly recommend this property if you plan to head to Rome. Very central location and close to everything. The elevator was a huge plus!

Our group of 6 (my husband and I, 3 kids (ages 11, 9, and 9), and my mom/grandma) stayed 4 nights at CasaGrande during my mom and kids' first trip to Italy. The communication with Roberto prior to the trip was excellent and we were so thankful for his offer to help arrange transportation from the airport to the apartment. We met Martina upon check-in and she helped us store our bags until the apartment was ready and made some excellent recommendations. We appreciated the little extra touches in the apartment (some refreshments, coffee, extra toiletries, adapters, etc). The location of the apartment was perfect. So close to everything, allowing us to maximize our time exploring and visiting the sites rather than spending time on travel. Having laundry available in the apartment was a huge perk as well, allowing us to travel light. We tossed coins into the Trevi Fountain, so we'll make sure to make a reservation here when we return again :-)

One could not hope to find a better place to stay in Rome for a larger group. This apartment include four separate bedrooms; the upstairs bedroom is an amazing retreat. The shared spaces are large and welcoming. We enjoyed sitting around the big dining room table to relax and chat. The kitchen is unlike anything we have seen in a rental,
outfitted with more cooking equipment than you would expect to see on a television cooking show. Hot water for eight people never failed. We loved the many large windows, which we opened to the evening breezes. Roberto communicates fully and promptly, and we hope that you get to meet his daughter, Martina, who was extremely helpful with several extra requests. We entertained a few guests while stayed here, and everyone marveled that this was a rental. If you are considering a place near Piazza Navona for a larger group, and this property is available, you should book it.

We booked this property for a pre-cruise visit to Rome. The location was very centralized with great restaurants close by. Roberto was a great host and scheduled our transportation from the airport and to the cruiseship. We appreciated the service he chose had the privilege to drive right to the ship.

Location is excellent within walking distance to all the major attractions and very safe neighborhood. The apartment was perfect for our group of 8. It would be even better with air conditioning a must have in Rome. We thought we could deal with the heat but we were wrong it made the stay very unpleasant in July. In the cooler months I would definitely come again.

The entire process and experience was fantastic! Flat was spotless, in a fantastic location and beautifully done. Plenty of space. Yes - it is hot in Rome in July. With the shades down and fans on the evenings are tolerable. I’m sure there are plenty reviews about that. Thank you for a great stay!
