Location, Hospitality, and security.

This location is exceptional. Flavio and his brother were most gracious and generous. The one thing never mentioned in previous reviews was the carbinieri presence outside the door. This provides a sense of security and safety for those concede.

More then enough space for the 5 of us, with private baths in each room and the beds were quite comfortable. Can’t beat the location! Just a couple of minutes walk between Piazza Navona and the Pantheon. Plus the location is extremely quiet. Flavio is an excellent host with great communication and plenty of recommendations for restaurants and the like. Also recommended at great taxi service to get us to and from the airport. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Rome!

What a wonderful find! Pantheon Hedonism was perfect for our party of 9 (4 adults, 5 kids ages 15, 10, 10, 9, 5) The location was great, lots of great restaurants and shopping all within walking distance. We would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend! The host was great, had fast responses and was very accommodating. They don't show the extra beds but rest assured if you need additional beds, rollaway-types will be provided. We loved coming home each night. Thank you again for a great experience in Roma!

The shower in the middle of the 2 bedrooms was a surprise but you get used to it. Not a bad thing, just different.

Perfect location, spacious, clean flat. Flexible owner, allowed us to leave our luggage in the flat somewhat before check-in and a bit after check-out, which was of great help for us given our schedule.

It was a great four days in Rome. I highly recommend Pantheon Hedonism!

The apartment was great. 3 bedrooms with En-suite bathrooms. There was an additional single bed in two bedrooms and a double bed in a loft of the Stone/brick bedroom. The A/C worked well , the location was perfect. Very close to the Pantheon, Piazza Navona and Trevi Fountain. Flavio the owner was available via What’s App if needed and he recommended restaurants as well.

You have to pay for towels if you need more the the one set given. Being from the US, the three couple all want clean towels each day which we paid for.

A great place with room for a big group of people, but only 6 people will sleep comfortably.

Perfect location, close to everything, we could do all by walking. We got coffee capsules and the host was super responsive. The church on the corner has a chapel with Caravaggio's massive paintings and best panini in town is literally one block away (AllÁntico Vinaio). Apartment is PERFECT!

Wifi was too slow, many times didn't work at all.

This property is in the perfect location - walking distance to all the major sites in Rome. Lots of restaurants and shops close by. It is very comfortable. Air conditioning in all rooms. High ceilings. Good value. The host Flavio was very attentive.

Roomy and luxurious with super friendly host!

Our host Flavio was so wonderful. He let us check in early (we were exhausted and needed a rest). He showed us around the area - taking us to the Church of San Luigi dei Francesi (steps from the apartment) to see the Caravaggio Paintings, bought me a special coffee at Sant' Eustachio Il Caffè, pointed out all the amazing sights so close to the property. The little cafe next door was run by a friendly family and we were there often. The rooms were beautiful, comfortable, luxurious. We will be back!

A beautiful apartment in a perfect location.

Beautiful, spacious apartment. All 3 enormous bedrooms were en suite, 2 facing the front street and one facing onto a quiet courtyard. When the windows/shutters were closed it was very quiet (and dark), excellent air con, though we managed without it, preferring to sleep with the windows open. The location is perfect, a few minutes walk to the Pantheon, Piazza Navona and the Trevi Fountain and around 20 mins walk to the Vatican and the Colosseum. We didn't use buses or taxis during our visit. Maximilian was quick to respond to emails and met us at the apartment to drop our bags off as the cleaner was still there. He was very helpful and friendly, with suggestions on where to eat, best ice cream and coffee shops etc. The apartment sleeps 10 and as we were only a group of 5 it was obviously more expensive than somewhere smaller, however we enjoyed the space!

Absolutely fabulous, excellent hosts, I definitely highly recommend it and will be coming back!

Excellent location, you can walk to all the major attractions, and there are loads of restaurants and cafés. supermarkets within 5 mins and also with it being right next to the Senato, it’s super safe!

There’s nothing not to like about this property!

Amazing

The property itself was located in an amazing area, really made you feel like a local and very safe and calm. The apartment was spacious and modern with a colonial feel. I would come back and stay in Pantheon in a heart beat.

Perfect!

Luxurious apartment in the center of Rome. Close to everything. The apartment is just beautiful, very spacious, clean, decorated with class and with all commodities. The owners are very friendly and helpful. Just top notch! Would definitely be back ad fully recommend.

The apartment was very clean, spacious and beautifully furnished. Each bedroom had a large en-suite. The kitchen was small but adequate. The location was perfect, 2 minute walk to Pantheon. Our host Cristina couldn’t do enough for us and gave us lots of tips of places to eat and sites to see.
