Very large, comfortable, clean and good value for money.
We were using it as a stopover before an early flight. May have preferred a more central location had we been using it to see Lisbon.

The apartment was perfect, very spacious, clean and located close to the metro.
Washer/ dryer would’ve been nice in a big apartment like this, especially for longer stays.

Very big and nice apartment, perfect for my colleague and me. We had our own bedroom and bathroom (even with a spare bedroom as well). Full equipped kitchen, that we actually didn't use, there were plenty of nice restaurants in the neighborhood. Also very close to two metro stations.
The apartment was not really cosy, very white wall with little decoration.

Good location, airy apartment, good beds.
The apartment was not the one shown on the Booking site, completely different level of furnishing. Also the owners agreed to my request for a double bed in the second bedroom, but it was not provided much to our disappointment.
The shower head in our EnSuite bathroom wouldn't stay in the holder. Had to shower one handed. No TV to watch. The TV set had instructions for some kind of twinning with phone or laptop but we couldn't get it to work
Not enough crockery, glasses, tea towels etc.

The instructions to get into the appartment were clear. What was problematic was to pay the city tax though the app. I finally managed and sent an e-mail, but kept on receiving messages that payment was due. This was irritating.
There were a few issues with the tv set and the heating. Even though we stayed for a few days and told the property, nobody bothered to fix it. I did not like that there was nobody around. The appartment is very nice but a few things would need to be fixed.

Location is perfect, in Arroios, an authentic neighborhood of Lisbon, near useful facilities such as public transport, restaurants, pharmacies, shops.
The apartment is accessible (there is an elevator), spacey, beautiful and sunny. We stayed on the 4th floor. Overall, it was exactly as shown in the pictures and we were very happy.
Staff were responsive to help us at all times with our questions.
Two minor things to improve.
First, the kitchen was lacking a few basic items: kitchen cloths, pot holders - we had to improvise and use a bathroom towel instead.
Second, in one of the 3 bedrooms there was no heating at all: the wall had marks for holding a heater, but the equipment was not there, it must have been removed for some reason.

The apartment is very big, clean, comfortable, in a very good location and it was equipped with everything we needed: a coffee machine, dish washing machine, cuttlery, a small balcony, big dining table, etc. Also we enjoyed the self check in as we arrived very late. The communication with the property was good also.
For a longer stay, like ours, it would help a lot to have a washing machine for the clothes and the shower heads should be changed as they are not so great anymore.

Good location. Very good beds. Lots of space. Good Covid measures. One of the best place we have experienced with Booking.
Some chairs in the dining room are worn out and would need to be changed. The armchair in the parents' room is a little stained. Sink in parents' room a little clogged.

The building itself. Apartment excellent. T3 with 3 bathroom, very confortable, quite place, excellent location with everything you want, restaurant, shops, groceries, public transportation, alameda metro station 8 minutes walking. Good staff, the reception is in same building so any question they are present. Thank you Thomas, thank Fofana, for the support you addressed to me and my family. I just stayed in different apartment in Lisbon, even in place like Parque das Nacoes, but i loved much this one.
