The welcoming of Mauro, the host, was friendly, professional and of unparalleled good manners. He gave us hints on visiting the South West beaches of Phuket (Nui, Ya Nui, Nai Harn, Ao Sane and Kata Noi), The Elephant Sanctuary and the Big Budda and Island to visit like Coral and Racha Islands in the South,
It is literally a few steps away, just across the road, from the lovely Kata Beach where I did surf 1st time in my life, It took several picture to get one that I was able to stand for 5 seconds :-) See pictures. The host provided the Towels and beach Mats regardless of wevwere heading to and it was very , very helpful.
We had a Lovely stay at KataGuestHouse Tuscany and in addition, without the shadow of a doubt you can have the Best Coffee (Best not only in Kata but everywhere we visited in Phuket) and Cornetti (croassaints).
Lastly but not the least very convenient for a budget stay, £123 for 2 people for 4 nights when down the road in some resorts you would pay 5 times as much when you stay all day out and same distance from the beach!!! It is a no brainer :-)

La posizione della struttura è davvero strategica: si trova vicinissima alla spiaggia e alla via principale, quindi è comodissima per muoversi a piedi, raggiungere i ristoranti, i negozi e il mare in pochi minuti. Mauro è stato gentilissimo, accogliente e sempre disponibile per qualsiasi nostra esigenza, facendoci sentire subito a nostro agio. Nonostante la mia camera fosse affacciata sulla strada, sono riuscita a dormire benissimo senza problemi. Nel complesso è stata un’esperienza molto piacevole e sicuramente consiglierei questa struttura a chi desidera soggiornare in una zona comoda e ben servita. Ritornerò sicuro !!

Great Wifi. Very clean. They made up my room every day.
Location is good, close to the beach and on the main street were you can find all restaurants.
Staff are nice, they bring free drinking water for you every day. Don't expect someone ready for you 24 / 7. The guesthouse closes in the afternoon between 2-5. They can be reached via whatsapp and can come within 10 minutes if you need.
My room faced the front of the building and there was a lot of noise from the cars all night.
A lot of traffic and Tuk Tuk taxis have big speakers playing super loud music. They can wake you up multiple times during the night, up to 5AM. If it's difficult for you to fall asleep again or you have light sleep, this could be an issue.
Overall the building and furniture have an old fashioned style, so don't expect any modern or sophisticated looks.
I'd recommend the owners to add noise insolation windows and add a bit of a more modern style to the place. This would improve massively the perception of the place.
