Excellent little resort and the restaurant manager was fantastic, went above and beyond to help with food allergies and recommending food. Would recommend to anyone staying in Kata, very close to the beach and lovely quite pool area.

Clean. Spacious rooms. Updated restrooms with tub and shower. Old style thai reception area. Easy walk to Kata beach. Near many convenience stores, street food, restaurants and massages.

Lovely clean hotel in a quiet setting. I appreciated the surroundings, pool, big room with balcony and friendly staff. The restaurant and it’s staff is also very nice. Affordable and good value so we extended our stay :)

The staff and management team amazing , rooms are cleaned daily, the food in there restraunt is 4 star quality , if you get stuck in a situation, the staff are quick to sort it out , over all if you’ve never been to Phuket, Thailand do yourself a favour book a ticket and go and explore, the culture is amazing the people are beautiful , it truly is the land of smiles , I’m going back in six months.

I recently stayed at the hotel for 10 nights in a room with direct access to the pool and a terrace. Room was lovely and good value. Everywhere clean and tidy. The two ladies on reception were both extremely helpful during my stay ( one of the ladies even let me use her own personal mobile to contact Thai air as I only had a uk mobile which would have been charged at an expensive rate) I would definitely stay here again it was a lovely haven as kata was far busier than I expected. Thank you to everybody at the hotel who contributed to making my stay so enjoyable

I stayed a whole week. I wish I could give 5-stars, but there were issues. PROS: Clean, quiet property, excellent housekeeping staff, comfy bed, strong air con & hot water, tons of dining & shopping options nearby. CONS: The power was out for an entire day, and the last 2 days the water turned brown, disgusting! After a week of tipping staff, I requested to checkout just one hour late and was told "No." Btw, nearly everyone staying at this hotel was Russian and they are not the friendliest folks.

Hotel is right off the busy Kata Road but offers peace and calm as it's blocked by the roadside restaurant. Service is good. Hotel is clean and reasonably priced. Check in and out was fast and easy. The beach is literally across the street and less than a 5 minute walk away.

The Staff were incredible very helpful with all aspects of the stay. The place is a little run down but the humidity does this to hotels there, they keep it very clean the pool is great and for the cost I would thoroughly recommend this hotel as a great option.

Stayed here for 4 nights whilst travelling around Phucket. Loved the hotel and its location just set off the busy road. Perfectly located for the beach and transport links. Tons of bars/shops/restaurants and markets in the vicinity. Hotel was Friendly, clean and tidy with a delightful pool. We booked a pool view room and were delighted with our choice having seen the other rooms. Great restaurant too.

Some of the room facilities were lacking - kettle and cup but you need to bring/buy your own tea, sugar etc. Also no minibar in room as it’s ‘in reception’. Very young staff who aren’t always able to help with questions and no sign of manager despite asking twice to speak to someone. Pool is great but need to enclose/cover an area that a choke could fall into!!

Spent 3nites here the best stay i have had in Phukett, the pool amazing, the room fabulous excellent showers and the reception staff 10/10 except Nan she was 20/10 spoke excellent english and had a good ol chat with her food in restaurant fresh and delicious. Would recommend to anyone

Great place to stay for you’re money 5 min from beach lots of restaurants only bad thing is the common restaurant like BK or McDonald’s are in Patton but for the money you can’t beat it

Good value for money at Kata Poolside Resort, close to the beach and all the bars and restuarants in the Kata area. All these facilities plus more are all within ten minutes walk, would not hesitate to stay here again.

Very spacious and comfortable hotel room, efficiently cleaned every day. The pool is fantastic for couples or family’s, and restaurant is nice with a large buffet breakfast selection. Convenient location to cross the road and get to Kata beach. All in all, a very pleasant stay!

No complaints. ..will skip breakfast option next time...lots of other options around the hotel. Very close to beach, restaurants, shopping and transportation. Great Italian restaurant next door. Great street food nearby as well. Overall good stay....would recommend .

The resort is located about a 6-10 minute walk from the beach. The staff is friendly and reception speaks pretty good English. Our room has always been cleaned really well. Pools looked great even though we never used them since the beach is so near and the fresh fruit smoothie stand is right around the corner. Resort also has a nice restaurant attached. The only complaint is a first world problem where wish the AC would remain on after leaving the room. The AC does work fine and cools the room off quickly enough - would have been nice to leave it at least at a low setting while away from the room
