Located close enough to beaches, night markets, shops. It’s quiet at night and the staff was cleaning our room daily, providing fresh towels and water. Later check out was also possible with a small fee. There’s also a restaurant on the first floor.
The place is quite basic, if you just want to sleep there, it’s fine but if you want more comfort, you might need to look for some other place.
We had a cockroach in our room once but it’s quite a common thing in tropical counties.

L'ottimo ristorante Melissa adiacente.
Ia continua puzza di fognatura del bagno. La prima sera non avevano la stanza a 2 letti prenotata, ma solo il giorno dopo.

Posizione. In pochi minuti a piedi si raggiunge la spiaggia di Kata beach. I servizi sono tutti raggiungibili a piedi. Noi abbiamo fatto diverse escursioni con prelievo in hotel e la struttura risulta tra quelle comprese nei pick up point. Anche arrivare e andare all' aeroporto è semplice ed economico. A 10 minuti a piedi c e il bus che con 100 baht ti porta in aeroporto ma anche a karon e patong.(Anche di notte).

Tutto lo staff gentilissimo e disponibile.
Bello il piccolo terrazzino della stanza.
Avevo prenotato un letto matrimoniale e ho trovato una camera con 2 letti singoli. Niente di grave, li abbiamo uniti noi con il benestare dello staff. Ma se prenoto una tipologia di camera mi aspetto di trovarmi quella
Avevamo dei vicini di camera russi molto rumorosi, soprattutto di notte voce e musica ad alto volume e nessuno lì ha mai redarguiti. Fortunatamente noi eravamo sempre cotti e ci addormentavamo comunque, altrimenti avremmo avuto da discutere.
Infine il bagno, molto spazioso ma andrebbe un po' ristrutturato. Scarico wc e saliscendi doccia un po' precari.

Great location if you want to be next to Kata beach..
The ladies working there were nice.
The room was cleaned everyday.
The beds were not comfortable
There were insects everywhere ( aunts) especially on the very old wooden furniture
The bathroom was dark and not comfortable
I was very disappointed as the hotel looked so much better on the pictures online but we made the best of it.

"Central spot, in walking distance of Kata and Kata Noi beach. Plenty of restaurants around the corner. We also did the big Buddha hike from here, which was really nice."
