So far I loved everything during my stay! The atmosphere, the staff were so warm and welcoming ughh the food was delicious!!!! 1000/10 our suite was upgraded and let me tell you!!!! The experience is one I cannot verbally express properly. In essence a time was had

My boys loved the kids club and my husband and I had a lovely time at the beach, spa and gym. The beach is wonderful. The reception staff, spa staff, kids club staff and gym instructor were simple amazing. Breakfast was good, particularly the omelette freshly made by the chef with a smile.
The restaurant food at dinner could have had a bit more variety of dishes or better price/quality ratio. I would not recommend the 'tout bagay' tour for families with young kids looking for relaxing times.

I loved this property
It was one of the only ones that had en-suite bedrooms for our group of 3 couples
The facilities were really great
They didn’t have too many options for dinner but the food was still great

Location was great and the beach was lovely. We had a two bedroom apartment which was immaculate and clean. Housekeeping were very prompt at making up room every day.
Also had taxis on site making it easy to go to Rodney Bay or other places.
Breakfast was very very poor for a 5 star hotel. Very little choice and very bad quality pastries, cereal etc. The only good thing was the egg station.
Food in general was of very poor quality and drinks were very expensive. I asked for a cocktail and it was already pre made! At the prices being charged, I expect a freshly made drink!
One restaurant was also closed. Luckily we were not on an all inclusive package. I would have been very annoyed if I was as there were only two other options which were expensive.
Also used the gate by the marina to go across to Pigeon Island and restaurants on other side of the beach. It was dusk and the security guard didn’t tell us that it would be locked 30 minutes later! If we had known that we would not have gone outside. We had to climb over the rocks and railing to get back in.
Whilst at breakfast one morning, we saw 3 elderly women fall into the sea when the viewing bridge/platform’s railing fell off. They suffered serious cuts and bruises. Even after this, the area wasn’t cordoned off.
