Our booking was made through booking.com however Grita and Jamal of reservations were so informative and helpful though I wish I could have met them. Check-in was smooth ,the wait for the room was a bit dragged so we went for lunch which the food was delicious. Prosperity and rufus were very friendly i enjoyed their professionalism as well. Got to the room it was dreamy. We ended up heading to the pool a bit late but that was okay. Kiesha from guest services booked dinner for us so we went to dinner for about 8:30 at Hunters steakhouse. The host( which i didnt get his name)was patient and gentle ,love him. we got an EXCEPTIONAL SERVER named Syana and let me tell you she carried our dinner from time we sat to the time we left and my partner and I really enjoyed her company and her service was 100% out of this world. I am a server myself and im very big on service standards so having Syana as my server amplified my experience and I would do it all over again with her. Rufus knew we were having dinner over there so he came in to check on us and took pics Appetiser was tasty to start off. Food portions were small however they were tasty. But that desert ? And im not big on deserts however I enjoyed the life out of that Apple pie!!!. Syana organised the team to sing a birthday rendition to my boyfriend which he enjoyed alot. Overall dinning experience was amazing. Entertainment. We got to the kareoke a bit late so didnt get to enjoy that part however the bar service made up for it. We closed the night at the sports bar. Following day we didnt want to get out of bed it was just so comfortable. But we went to breakfast and the options are limitless I enjoyed breakfast and im not even a breakfast person. We went to the pool after and I just didnt want to leave to be really honest. Time to check out I have never gone to a hotel where the staff are trying to keep me from going home, so that part made me tear a little when checking out. THANK YOU ROYALTON, WE WILL BE BACK!.

Steakhouse and breakfast were wonderful. Amenities were top notch. Entertainment was exciting. Overall feel and vibe of the property was great!

Its a large property. A lot of walking. I suppose it's a good and bad thing.

Food wise, breakfast was 10/10! Dinner was good as well, but the food truck/lunch was honestly 0/10. I also didn’t like the opening times for the bars and food options. For an all-inclusive resort, everything felt very time-slot based instead of having options available throughout the day. On the positive side, the resort itself is beautiful. The rooms are nice but very basic, nothing particularly special. Overall, the resort has potential, but for the experience and price, I expected better.

The rooms are VERY hot. For me, especially in a hot country, I expect to walk into my hotel room and feel like I want to turn the AC off because it’s so cold. You definitely won’t get that experience here. The staff also weren’t very friendly. When someone finally does approach you and you think they’re just being friendly, it turns into a sales pitch for their membership program, basically their version of a timeshare. After a while, it can feel like you’re being harassed to buy into it.
