The complex was well cured in all details - gardens, woodwork, furnishing. We loved the combination of SPA and Winery, cosmetics in the rooms shared the wine theme, and were available for purchase from the SPA. There is a good variety of pools and saunas, and we enjoyed the restaurant.
We had a borderline rude welcome in reception, and throughout our stay met with staff with different levels of professionality and availability. Facilities are scattered in different buildings, guests have to walk around the streets of the complex in bathing robes. Other than the SPA which requires card access, there is absolutely no control over who enters the complex. The position of our building was also unfortunate - adjacent and directly exposed to a road which became extremely noisy with motors racing on one of the nights, not allowing us to sleep.

Balcony and window view. The external territory is quite nicely maintained. The winery is quite good. Music in the shower.
Most of the SPA was not working, nobody told me this in advance. Completely unfriendly staff. The poorest food I have ever seen in 4* hotels. Everything in the room is quite old (apart from the balcony), especially the sanitary ware. It needs to be changed.
