Nice little hotel, privately run. Situated in a quit street, and close to public transport.
The host is amazing, rooms are nice, price is perfect.

The owner and staff were fantastic. The rooms were a bit quirky which was lovely. We had 2 rooms at the top and it felt like we had a studio to ourselves. We liked that we had to get a train into Dusseldorf which was 17 euros for 24 hours for 3 people.
The climb to get to the bedrooms which was OK for us but for someone immobile would not be great.

Breakfast was delicious and we could really chose what to eat on the buffet but also extras were offered. Everything was according our expectation. The room were big enough and warm.
The only thing that I missed was an option to make something to eat in our appartement they were cooking plate but no cooking pot.

The bed mattresses were not super and we had some back aches. But the couches were comfortable and we could sleep on the sofas better than in the beds.
The "kitchen" was a university size refrigerator and a portable oven eye.
