Too much money against poor service and quality

Only view, sunshine and sunrise.

Unfortunately, I was not happy with my stay because it is not a hotel as I expected or even a studio and the price offered is too much for what I saw and what I experienced, the apartment is not clean, the cooker does not work, the TV does not work, the main shower is damaged and rusted, the kitchen is not clean as well as the refrigerator and a lot of dust Everywhere on the sheets and no blankets. Obviously it hasn't been rented for a few months or weeks I don't know. In addition, the main road is very messy. Other than that, the method of handing over the keys was done through the property guard which shocked me for a while because I was supposed to meet Nermin but communication was only over the phone. Unfortunately, the identity was not verified. The only thing I really liked is the amazing view from the balcony of the honeymoon beach sea.

The apartment had everything we needed, the view from the balcony was awesome. The host was wonderful, she allowed to stay till mid day. Everything is available from the beach cafes, breakfast, lunch etc.

Exceptional Holiday

The property was amazing right from entering to the building to the amazing view that you can see from the balcony.. • We entered at 12:30 PM EG time and due to the latency the host provided as to check out at 1:00 PM the next day for the sake of entering later than arranged. • The host, Nermin, is amazing and helpful… And she is a fast replier and would tell you exactly what you need. Also, she checked on us more than once to make sure that everything is ok. • The view itself is another thing… You can eat your meals in the balcony with your family/friends… Or you can play cards whilst enjoying the view as well. You can simply just stand there and still you will enjoy the breeze and the view. • It is a perfect spot for family as well as honeymooners. The master room has a window that overlooks the sea as well, which brings the perfect breeze as well. • The kitchen is ready with everything… Cups, plates, microwave, fridge, washer machine, sink, etc... All the facilities are there and clean. • Wi-Fi is working very well. • The beach is also amazing...

Some recommendations to make the stay more exceptional: • To have a water filter because it is unhealthy to drink tap water. • We had a power outage for almost 2 hours due to the electricity card had run out, so it would be better to make sure that it is full. • To have an AC in the master room as well because in summer, the breeze is alright but still it is hot, so it would be better if you can add an AC in the master room. • The chairs in the balcony needs to be more comfortable.

The experience was really enjoyable, the apartment is clean and complete needs even the covers, soap and cups, the interface is excellent and very comfortable and the owner of the property is very helpful and friendly, I had many apprehensions at first but I think I will repeat the experience many times

The view was amazing! You had enough space in every room. The staff was very kind !

The Bathroom wasn’t clean. You could find too many ants like everywhere. The property was located right next to the beach promenade - which is actually really nice cause this very area of Alexandria was chaotic, very poor and dirty - so you will have loud music till about 3/4 am.. like very loud. The WiFi was like having no WiFi.

Everything was really good. We enjoyed our stay a lot. Mrs. Nermin (the flat owner) is an excellent welcoming host 💞 Yaser (the building keeper) is very helpful 👌 We are definitely would love to come again 😊
