Location was perfect
Good room
Comfortable and clean
Balcony was a bonus but was noisy
No blind on bath window which meant light flooded into window and although no one could see into window, was a strange set up with no blind
The fire alarm light went off in the middle of the night - rang the number in the pack but no one answered until in the morning

Location was good and it was a decent pitstop between Isle of Skye and Edinburgh.
The late check in was rough but what made it worst was that our room wasn't clean at check in time. When we got there, the previous people's towels were there, bedding wasn't done, trash wasn't taken out. The gentleman who helps clean was around, so he did do his best to clean up, but after a 3hr drive and an hour waiting in the car, this was just not what we expected. We left to get dinner to give him some time to clean. When we came back it was better but not fully cleaned I'd say. The bed was also very uncomfortable, almost like the frame underbelly was broken or something.
