Location, off street parking, exceptionally friendly owners, value for money.

Bed was a little too soft.

The owner Billy was so kind and had breakfast ready perfectly on the dot. The meal was great and the bed sheets were super soft and the room was comfortable and spacious. Wonderful stay, highly recommend.

Very low water pressure in the shower.

Very hospitable. Great love to stop in a beautiful location before heading onto Inverness. Amazing breakfast

We are quite tall and big people so felt the bed was a little small for us. But that is personal preference and not an issue for most .
