One of the highlights of our stay was the exceptional hospitality of the staff. From the front office team to the room service staff, everyone was warm, friendly, and always greeted us with a genuine smile. Their positive attitude and willingness to help made us feel welcome throughout our stay. The excellent service and attention to guests truly enhanced our overall experience.
The only downside during our one-night stay was that there were quite a few mosquitoes in the room. Unfortunately, our infant was badly affected and received several mosquito bites, which was disappointing. We did not expect this in a fully air-conditioned room. We also noticed that the bathroom sink drained very slowly, which was a minor inconvenience. We hope the hotel addresses these issues, as the overall stay and service were otherwise excellent.
