Verre de bienvenue avec un plateau de fruits et ils ont offert un buffet pour un des diners.
Changement de chambres sans frais additionnels (on était 2 adultes et deux enfants et la chambre initiale était juste avec un lit simple et pas deux lits simples).
Piscine avec possibilité d'accès directement de la terrasse de la chambre.
Possibilité de laver son linge - attention le prix est à l'unité en fonction de l'article - service très rapide.
Le personnel ne parle pas vraiment anglais - difficulté à communiquer.
Il n'y a pas de "notes pour la chambre" - on doit régler chaque dépense immédiatement c'est assez étrange.
C'est sans doute leur fonctionnement mais on ne peut pas manger tranquillement - les serveurs sont à l'affût pour débarrasser nos assiettes alors qu'on a même pas terminé ! Le personnel ne met pas à l'aise la clientèle. Un hôtel sans doute plus adapté pour les locaux que pour des touristes extérieurs.

The hotel is very well appointed and in a lovely location. The staff were very helpful and even sent on to me a pair of trousers which I had left behind. The food was amazing and my 'cuisine of paradise' curry for dinner was outstanding.

A charismatic hotel right beside the lake with nice gardens, outside tables and a really good pool. The track around the reservoir was perfect for an evening jog

Nothng.
Breakfast is not prompt, the staffs are very slow in working and seem don't know what to do.
Diner was not buffet, and the pork steak was not tender with smell.
