I was arriving very late at night but they were very accommodating. A member of staff was still up to welcome me in.
Very clean room with a kettle and microwave too. Would recommend

The location was great and I was able to discover a part of Alicante that I hadn't been to before. The member of staff who greeted me was polite, helpful and friendly. The room was great. I appreciated the tea and coffee and also the shampoo and shower gel. Very good value.
There was a hairdrier in the room but unfortunately it wasn't working. I went to the desk to see if anyone could help but it was early and there was nobody there.
It was disappointing as I had an event to go to.

I really liked how comfy the bed was and how clean it was. The AC was bang on. Had no issues with anything whatsoever. Felt safe and comfortable as a first time solo traveller. Front desk was polite, tried their best conversing with me.
