The hotel was in a really beautiful part of Chiba Prefecture, only a 30 minute train journey from Tokyo Station and about an hour from both Shibuya and Ikebukuro. The rooms were small but comfortable, and the staff were some of the kindest I ever met!
It can't be helped that the windows couldn't open, seeing as we were on the 14th floor, but the room got very stuffy with two of us in it.

Well located near all the shops
Corporate. Old school reception staff. Made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome when I queried that I thought I had paid. Felt pressured to tip bell boy and didn’t really need to be accompanied to my room. Could not use spa. Pool closed early. Spa closed Monday for cleaning.
