Personalet var simpelthen så søde, og stedet gav virkelig bare den helt rigtige stemning, til en ordentlig omgang afslapning.
Jeg havde også fødselsdag dagen for vores afrejse. Hvor de var meget søde og fik skaffet en lækker fødselsdag kage.
Der var lidt meget arbejdsstøj fra den nye byggeplads

If I could give a 12 I would give it. Slice of paradise!! Low season, we were basically the only guests. The sea was flat and clear, there were two pools to enjoy, and the staff is amazing. There was no breakfast buffet but we could choose à la carte. Second day our cappuccinos were out in front of us without asking 😁
The sea front bungalow had connecting doors so we and the kids were in our own little house. Close to the complementary kayaks and the very well equipped outdoor gym. There were a couple of bikes, and the resort staff organized some scooters for us. Pierre from the sailing school (super friendly too!!!) could have taught us sailing if we had had more time.
There are a couple of restaurants nearby, but if you are not the best seafood eater (like us) just stay in Peppercorn. Everything we tasted from the kitchen, including home made brownie ice cream, was very tasty and way better than the places around. And better in price/quality/quantity too.
If you can pick one place to go on Phu Quoc, definitely pick this one!!

Hôtel plutôt charmant avec espace restaurant mignon, coin bibliothèque et jolis cottages
Petit dej pas « exceptionnel » mais de très bonne qualité en comparaison avec d’autres établissements
La fontaine à eau en libre service
Prix de la nuitée très élevé pour le coin, et un rapport qualité-prix qui n’est pas à la hauteur. La chambre est spacieuse et propre (mais il faut demander le ménage chaque jour, sinon personne ne passe faire le lit), le jardin mignon mais le côté plage de sable est artificiel (3 mètres de vraie plage, le reste est surélevé, bétonné), la piscine d’eau de mer remplie avec une pompe à essence le matin. Certains transats sont éventrés, il faudrait remplacer le mobilier !
La piscine est dégradée et l’eau pas franchement claire.
La salle de sport est vétuste et c’est peu dire : la poulie est lâche et inutilisable, les barres rouillées, pas d’éclairage, ne comptez pas faire autre chose que des étirements.
Il y a un terrain privé qui passe au milieu de l’hôtel, ce n’est pas grave, mais ce n’est pas signifié dans l’annonce.
Après, l’hôtel n’y est pour rien, mais il n’y a strictement à voir dans les environs (ne vous fiez pas aux recommandations du personnel d’aller au « village de pêcheurs » sur la plagette pour déjeuner, le lieu est sale et mort). Le côté soit disant « nature » du nord de l’île n’y est pas, si ce n’est que c’est loin de tout, au plus proche de l’affreux SunWorld.
