Gym equipments was lover quality, male sauna needs refurbished, room size was great and conformable but needs some bit of paints on some areas. We stayed at 9th floor and sometimes smell of smoking in between rooms. AC working but needs clean up or upgrade. We were satisfied with stay, probably return again if good price.

During the stay here, the staff were helpful and very professional. Very grateful for their ethical standards and behavior. They look to understand the situation and needs of their guests. Hopefully it will continue.
The check out was sloppy and unprofessional. The staff were incompetent to process the debit and return the deposit timely. Supervisor needed to help and after being criticized about standards and procedures, they did work to return the deposit. Wish that they train everyone deeply and all are competent instead of some displaying poor attitudes while not knowing what to do correctly.
