Modern, small gym. XiaoMi Products and Laundry room.
Felt sliders under the chairs instead of rubber and it would be more silent inside the building. Would love better Gym equipment more weights and a bench.

Location. Train is nearby, right in the middle of the shopping street.
Not clean. Poor air ventilation in the bathrooms because the vents are blocked with dust. If you look up you will there are inches of dust. People hang up their wet clothes in the hallway to dry and with poor ventilation it just creates a bad wet smell. Rooms are very small. Everyone puts theirs suitcases and bags into the room , making the space even more limited to even move around.
