Nestled in Osage Beach, this attractive condo for $267 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. Relax and enjoy the lake from one of the best condo's around. Our condo is on the bottom floor in the building right next to the beach. It is the only condo in our building available for rent. We also have one of the complexes pools directly behind us. Unbelievably convenient for anyone to enjoy the beach area, the pool, or the docks to fish from or go on a boat ride. We have completely updated everything. The kitchen and baths are new, all the flooring, doors and trim, and all the lighting is new and everything is freshly painted. All furnishings and decor are also updated. Enjoy seating for 13 just in the kitchen alone. There is seating for 7 in the living room along with a new 42' Flat Screen TV with DVD, FREE Wireless Internet and great view of the Lake. The master bedroom is huge and has a king size bed, private deck, and private bath with adult high double vanity and massive beautiful custom shower. The second bedroom also faces the lake, has access to the main deck, a king bed, and its own private bathroom. The third bedroom has 2 queen beds and direct access to the third full bathroom. All three bedrooms have new flat screen 26' TV/DVD combos. The unit also offers full size washer and dryer in a separate laundry room and a huge foyer for all your beach bags, towels, and coolers. Best of all is the deck. Enjoy cooking from a new gas grill and eating a meal while enjoying ALL the great views. The beach is a great place to people watch and across the way watch the boaters anchor and go for a swim. It also gives you an easy way to chat with others on the beach or docks. Super convenient to ask the kiddo's a quick question or let your group know it's time to eat :) All of this and in a great area. The Ledges is in the heart of Osage Beach, the hub of most activities at the Lake of the Ozarks. You are just minutes from the 110 store Outlet Mall, which has a movie theater; boat rental; championship golf courses; go-carts; Big Surf Water Park; miniature golf; discount super centers; grocery stores; and many restaurants. Nice condo complex. Our family really enjoyed our stay. Good location and the best extra is the sand beach. We played at the beach more than the pool. I would recommend this place.

Loved the property location, size and amenities. It was perfect for our family of 4 adults and 2 children. The condominium complex was a short driving distance to Bridal Cave, Bagnell Dam, and a variety of shopping venues. The beach was 30 feet from the unit and the complex pool was very close as well. We especially loved that the unit had a bathroom for each bedroom! We will definitely return for another visit.

Myself and 5 friends spent the weekend. Jody's condo was perfect for us. We spent alot of time at the dining table visiting and looking over the lake. We did some shopping and eating at some of the local lake food spots. Great time, highly recommend.

My family and I absolutely loved this space! The condo was clean, we had plenty of room for 5 adults and 3 children (under 7 years old), and the owners were quick to answer any questions we had! The amenities included were better than I’d ever seen inside the condo, and the pools and grounds at the Ledges were great. Very quiet and peaceful cove. We will definitely be back!

This was the perfect place to stay for our annual trip to the lake with our family friends. The unit was ready before check-in and was exceptionally clean and organized. The unit was well stocked with kitchen items, cleaning supplies, and extra bedding. All of the rooms were spacious and we had plenty of room to store our luggage and food supplies. It was convenient to have the beach so close so the kids could play in the water while we kept an eye on them from the patio when making dinner. The landlord was extremely helpful in obtaining a slip for us at the last minute and was even able to get us a deal! Evenings were spent on the patio relaxing with gorgeous views of the lake. We would definitely consider returning to this unit again in the future.

Such a beautiful resort, condo was spotless! Jody the owner was very helpful and kept in contact to ensure our trip was stress/worry-free. Property was stocked with everything you needed and as described, definitely would return during the peak season. Highly recommend !

We had a wonderful time in the Overton condo and would recommend it for anyone looking for a short getaway or a longer vacation. It's RIGHT on the Lake of the Ozarks! The 3 bedrooms and bathrooms were ideal for us. It was very clean and well kept. Thanks to Jody for being so accomodating!

The condo was very clean and comfortable. We had 6 adults and 3 kids and had plenty of room. Loved the deck and the view. Really liked that there was a place for the kids to play outside. Communication with owner was very easy and she always responds quickly.

We’ve rented numerous lake properties over the years and this was one of the best. Having a bath for each of the three bedrooms and living room and deck seating to accommodate all three couples made our stay great. The location is great and owner was gracious and accommodating. Will definitely be back.
