Lovely cabin, kids loved stay on second floor

Kids were oblivious to the poor accommodation so all in all we had a great time.

Staff were amazing.

Cabin was so jammed, not practical for a family. Sofa was old and disgusting,

Needs an Upgrade! Everything really old.

Cabin overprices, Need urgent a good Maintenace, Kitchen needs an upgrade , everything really old, a lot of dust everywhere. We couldn't use the oven. Sofa really dirty.

Very Disappointed

Location was excellent. Pool area was great.

The cabin we stayed in was not clean, cutlery and crockery were extremely dirty, socks found in lounge that did not belong to us. Bathroom was extremely small and had mould in the shower, water pressure was low and trying to regulate water temperature was impossible. We used the amenities because of this reason and found the pressure and temperature regulating was the same :( The cabin had 2 bunk beds in the loft, the loft was extremely hot having temperatures of 39 plus degrees outside and with just a little desk fan to cool it which was useless. We ended up dragging two mattresses down the stairs so the kids could get some sleep with the air con which left very little room to move around down stairs. The park had a power outage on Australia day for over a hour and this continued intermittently throughout the day (yes I know this happens but from what we were told it was a power overload at the park itself no other places were effected) so we had no cooling after already being at the beach and having had enough sun for the day then trying to cook our BBQ on the electric BBQ's with the power going on and off was a nightmare. At a cost of over $350 a night I would never recommend these cabins to anyone.

The cabins could do with a refurb the hairdryer needs replacing last checked 2018, turned on and was a fire hazard for sure.

Exceptional

From the moment when entering the reception we were greeted with the smile. Our cabin was a simple building with a extra bedroom at the top. Nice to see very clean property like that. Beds were very comfortable and sheets superbly clean. I was a little worried about being too cold at night but we found extra blankets in the wardrobe which was enough. Kids love the bunk beds also. Kitchen is very well equipped with gas stove, microwave and substantial size fridge. Glasses, cups and plates are plenty. Bathroom a little small but enough for comfortable shower. Obviously the spot was just perfect and near the gate to the beach. Unfortunately it was a little too cold to do that but in summer you could not ask for a better spot.

Close to the beach and cafe/restaurant on the beach. Stayed in double story cabin, good size. Close to shops. Clean. We stayed in cooler weather but would love to come back during summer. kids would love the patrolled beach.

Roof leaked onto bunk beds, advised office, assume they have fixed? As with most parks wi-fi kept dropping out, as did some channels.

Cabin needs more attention to detail when cleaning.

Beach location. Water park in caravan park.

Weather was cold so we pulled out the spare blankets to use. All were filthy. Lounge was dirty (covered in dried food) Sofa bed had squashed food all over it when we folded it out.

The pool was ok and queen bed comfy

The cabin was outdated, windows opened on their own ghosts I don't know but not a good sleep had, bathroom too small. Lounge not comfy, table n chairs too big for area.

It was close to the beach.

The cabins were very run down. The waterpark didn't work for our entire stay and the air-conditioning wasn't adequate for the space. Very disappointing.

Superb

It was a lovely comfortable place although it was a little on the older side it was very clean and offered all that we needed for the weekend. The thing I loved was that they sent a text to let us know that the food van was available to purchase a coffee and breakfast if I wanted

Love the location just 2mins walk to the beach. I booked the ocean view cabin unfortunately can't really see the ocean because there are so many trees blocking the view. Enjoyed the quiet environment and lovely waves sound. Happy with the cabin, very clean and well equipped. Plenty of blankets and new sheets if we would like to change.

Not much facilities except the water park that my kids can enjoy. The holiday park is also not as busy because 90% are local residents.

Cabin was very run down for $500 a night microwave didn’t work properly all the louvre windows were extremely hard to shut and the front one was broken so remained open and it was cold during the night kitchen facilities were old and need a renovation

Not worth the money.

Lady on reception at check in was friendly. Location was great as it was close to the beach. Pool and water play area was lovely. That is where the positives end.

2 bedroom studio apartment is in desperate need of a refurb and clean. Windows and window frames were mouldy, towels were damp even on arrival, Water pressure was awful. Made it difficult to wash the dishes that were required to be done to avoid an extra cleaning fee. Aircon was stuck in an on position as there was no batteries in the remote and it alternated between cold and hot until it was turned off at the main. Would stay somewhere else on our next trip to the Central Coast.

The noise from a larger group of families and that they were incondsiderate to all other people /families around them. Maybe the Holiday park could book them all in one space.

The caravan park has a great waterslide and pool, but was deceived buy the”beach front view cabins”

The water park and pool was great for the kids

Payed for a beach front view Got a cabin that could not see the beach and it wasn’t Evan the cabin in the pictures( what sold me )

Cabins were very outdated and in need of repair. Small things such as the kettle leaked, aircon didn't work etc.

Great location, great water activities for kids. Broken shower, sofa bed inconveniencing.

The water park was great and the kids loved it. The pool was nice. Accommodation was walking distance to the beach and a short drive to local shops.

Just after checking in we went to use the shower and the shower head was broken; it was near impossible showering young children as the shower head would not stay up without being held up and when holding it up it would spray water everywhere. This was inconvenient and we weren't able to report it until the next morning when the office opened. Once reported it took a short while for someone to come to the cabin to inspect the complaint; they left and then came back with a new shower head and what was needed to fix it. Once fixed and the repair person left the bathroom was left dirty from dirt under work boots and the basin was also dirty from tools or replacement parts being put on the basin. The toilet paper holder was broken or worn out therefore the toilet paper would slip off it and fall on the ground - also inconvenient when with young children. The pull out sofa bed was broken - the metal frame was bent therefore we weren't able to utilise it. Our expectations were to arrive to a property and have everything in working order and it wasn't therefore we were inconvenienced by not showering when we wanted to, by having to take the time to email and make phone calls and then we had to wait for someone to come and repair the shower - when with kids and on a holiday we'd like to get up and go when we choose without having to make calls and wait for people to come and fix things.
