We stayed at this lovely studio apartment in the heart of Florence and couldn't have asked for a better location. It's just a 3-minute walk from Piazza della Repubblica. You can easily walk to pretty much every major sight in the city.
The apartment itself was bright, clean and spacious, everything was comfortable and well thought out.
Our hostess, Andrea, and her husband Lorenzo, were absolutely wonderful. Andrea was always available whenever we had a question, and gave us fantastic restaurant recommendations that made our trip even better.
For us, the mattress was too soft, but it didn't affect the overall experience

Everything is neat. The host is great and explained everything within apartment and also best sightseeing and restaurants.

Vigna nuova suites was excellent. Andreia was lovely and helpful and provided great restaurant recommendations. The location is 10/10. The property is spacious, clean and has all the amenities you need. I will definitely return when I’m back in Florence.
It is worth noting there are stairs to get to level 1 which is where the property is located.

In order to check in, we had to coordinate with the owner of the apartment to give us a tour of the apartment and give us the key. It was very difficult to coordinate the meeting and the issue became very cumbersome during the day and caused a lot of stress.
Check-out at 10:30 a.m. There is no place to store belongings and the walking distance from the train is very long.
