Located in Woodstock, this lovely house for $412 per night is a great option for your next break. This newly constructed stand alone home is located in Coolidge Falls resort. Although located in the resort, the wooded view and surroundings gives this beautiful vacation home a feeling of seclusion. On the entry level you will find a bedroom with queen size bed and a full bath just outside the door. Additionally access to the large wrap around deck can be found on this level as well as the main kitchen, dining and living area with large flat-screen TV/DVD and wood burning fireplace. Travel upstairs from the entry level to the primary bedroom suite complete with flat screen TV, wood burning fireplace, balcony and full in-suite bath with jet tub. On the level below the entry are two bedrooms (each with a queen bed and access to an outside deck), a 3/4 bath, and the laundry room with washing machine and dryer. The bottom most level of this spacious property offers a large open space and a full bath. Enjoy the Village Swim, Tennis and Fitness Club with two indoor pools, two outdoor pools, four Jacuzzis (one outdoors), sauna, exercise room and 12 tennis courts for your enjoyment. Nearby you will find horseback riding, mountain biking, hiking and the scenic gondola sky-ride to the Summit of Loon Mountain. We did a mother/daughter weekend with two moms and two adult daughters. The place was huge and super clean! Having a private bedroom and bathroom for each person was wonderful. The open living room/ kitchen/dining area was great for hanging out together. It rained most of the time we were there so didn’t get to enjoy the porches but they are also huge and I imagine would have been nice to sit out on for a meal or nightcap. One word of caution-there are about 10 stairs down from parking area to entrance if you have anyone who is not good with stairs. We were only there for 2 nights and didn’t get a chance to use the amenities (pool, hot tub) but did drive down the road to see where they were. Communication was great, check in and out was easy. I would totally come back again.

We have stayed at this house before and just love it - it’s beautiful, with lots of decks, it’s comfortable and close to everything…
However, on our latest stay, the house was FULL of mosquitoes, which made it so we could not relax in the house.
We also found used towels in the washing machine, and high was kind of gross.
Due to this, this will be our last stay here.

Very happy with our stay at this house. It's larger than it looks in the pics. Kitchen was generally well equipped. The location is beautiful and perfect if you plan to hike, bike, and/or visit breweries in the western Whites. There's probably other stuff to do but I have no clue. The folks at Loon were very helpful with all questions.
We would definitely stay here again.

Few minor items could use some help.-Large number of bird nests on bottom floor deck rafters.-Fireplace smoke wafts in the air which seemed to be pushed around by AC.- i am assuming a Weather related ant issue from overal rain.Enjoyed the stay overall

Every year all of my in siblings in law get together and hike. This house had room for all 4 couples and a bathroom as well….no sharing or waiting! This house was super clean and comfortable. It is set up with an open living plan so even cooking dinner we were all together but never crowded. The location is perfect…near lots of great restaurants and attractions. Would definitely rent this house again.

Place was great overall, just a couple of things, lowest level had some insect visitors, like meal worms, also some flying pests. The house was very nice, well built, perfect for our party of 4 couples. Just needs to be clear bit better and the pests addressed. Also could use a pool table or Foosball, plenty of room on the lowest level

My wife, myself and our two adult children spent a week at this property in August. The house is huge and we could have had twice as many of us stay over! The area is very quiet and we enjoyed our time together. Washer, Dryer and Dishwasher were great to have! Beds were very comfortable and the Central A/C kept us cool every night.
The property managers were very easy to contact and were very accommodating. They were helpful before and during our stay. The location is great with easy access to downtown Lincoln and Woodstock and the shopping and restaurants. Also, very convenient to Loon Mountain and all it has to offer. Finally, you can jump right on the Kancamagus Highway and be in North Conway in 45 minutes with some great scenery!
There were only a few issues that prevented me from giving the property 5 Stars: 1) the unit wasn't as clean as we would have liked when we arrived and we had to do some cleaning on our own. Nothing major, just a few handprints on windows, dirty coffee pot, hair in the bathroom and an unemptied trash can; 2) the entryway and the multiple decks had numerous cobwebs on them when we arrived which could have been easily removed, and were, with a broom or mop; 3) there are multiple tvs in the house, but only one connected to the cable; and 4) the furniture is a bit sparse and what is in the living room is not too comfortable.
I would definitely give this property another try because everything I mentioned can be easily remedied and I know the property managers will take these comments to heart.

Overall pleased but had some quirkiness; nasty odor (mouse nest) in master bedroom, coffee maker didn't work (property managers gave us another), A/C system kept changing temp & parking situation was odd. They say only 2 cars, but plenty of room for 4 without blocking road in summer. Also, the entry was full of dead moths & spider webs; should be cleaned.

Great place for a family vacation.
The spacious unit was a great way for my family (including 3 adult children and friends) to get away. Local hiking was fantastic and we lucked out with wonderful weather at the end of July. Would highly recommend.

Gorgeous home. Plenty of room for everyone in our party.
Gorgeous home. Everyone enjoyed their stay. The only complaint is the refrigerator doesn't work well at all. It didn't keep anything cold, just slightly chilled. The same with the freezer portion. Which was tough because we had did for 8 people and it wasn't keeping drinks cold. And the mattress in the master bedroom is extremely uncomfortable. Made for a very difficult nights sleep.

Perfect for multiple families
My family of four and I went away with an other family of 4 (all with young children) and we had plenty of space. The weekend we were staying was freezing, 10-15 degrees, and running up and down the stairs and playing on the open lowest level was the perfect way to get out some excess energy. The house was extremely clean and had all the necessities. The reservation office was very helpful and easy to deal with. We had a wonderful time.
